Tell us a bit about you!

I am an experienced HR leader skilled incrafting visionary strategies to enhance organizational values, culture, and objectives. My expertise includes executive mentorship, talent cultivation,recruitment, performance optimization, regulatory compliance, and benefits management. I have proven success in leveraging data insights to streamline operations and boost productivity. I am a trusted advisor to top-tier leadership, offering guidance on personnel challenges and fostering employee engagement. I am results oriented, adaptable and love to continuously learn.

What career highlight are you most proud of?

I was instrumental in launching the entire HR department for a start-up business,shaping the organizational culture, policy development and establishing robust compensation and benefits programs. I helped grow the company from 1 to 55 employees and 20-30 Contractors across the United States and Canada.

First job you ever had

As I was starting out my career, I had the privilege of working for AmeriCorp, Volunteer in Service To America (VISTA) I was responsible for establishing substance abuse libraries in the California State Penitentiaries, aiming to educate and support those who were incarcerated due to addiction. I was also on a state-runcommittee to help educate teenagers about teen pregnancy.

Advice on balancing work and personal life?

I've always been dedicated to my work and have held demanding roles, but as a mother, my family will always be my top priority. Whether it's sitting down for a phone-free dinner or attending my daughters' events, I make sure to be fully present in those moments. I’m committed to being there for every step of my child's growth. At the same time, I recognize the importance of work and meeting deadlines. I'm skilled at managing my time, prioritizing effectively, and planning ahead to ensure I meet my professional responsibilities without sacrificing the time that matters most with my family.

What do you enjoy doing in your downtime?

Spending time with my family, traveling and exploring new places
